This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.

For Internal & External Use.

Take 1-3 teaspoons daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Can also be drizzled over a salad or blended into a smoothie. It is also an excellent cooking oil as it has a high smoking point.

Externally it can be massaged into both the skin and hair.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat

Additional Instructions:

Avocado oil should be used within 6 months once it has been opened.
