Organic Ricinus communis (Castor) seed oil
Cold-pressed food grade castor oil is traditionally used as a massage oil. Massage into the skin or apply as an external castor oil pack. Soak a flannel in warmed castor oil and apply to affected area. Cover with a plastic sheet and place a warm water bottle on top for 20 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
